Snowball Cookies
Ingredients :
2 cups butter
1/2 cup cornstarch
3 cups flour
1 cup confectioner sugar
Instructions :
1. Cream butter. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
2. Drop on cookie sheet (1/2-1 inch balls).
3. Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 20 minutes.
4. Cool and then roll in confectioner sugar.
