New Orleans Pralines

New Orleans Pralines

Ingredients :

1 1/4 cups of Sugar
3/4 cups of brown sugar
1/2 cup of evaporated milk
1/2 stick butter
1 tablespoon vanilla
1 1/2 cups pecans

Instructions :


1. Put sugars and milk in heavy bottom pan.
2. Cook to soft ball stage.
3. Take off stove and add butter, vanilla and pecans.
4. Stir until shine leaves mixture.
5. Spoon on waxed paper. Cool it well.
