Ingredients :
2 pounds sausage
1 1/2 cup crackers
8 eggs, divided
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup onion
1 cup apple
Directions :
1. In a bowl, combine sausage, crushed crackers, 2 eggs, milk, finely chopped onion and finely chopped
apple. Mix Well.
2. Place into a greased ring mold and unmold ontto a baking sheet.
3. Bake at 325 degress for 1 hour.
4. Scramble 6 eggs in a skillet and spoon into the center of cooked sausage ring.
